There was a used 2006 Aprilia Caponord posted on advrider.com. The distance was far, but the seller was willing to meet half-way. So the deal was struck in March of 2016.
The funds were obtained and a meeting time and place was chosen.
After seven hours of driving (and one flat trailer tire in Sikeston)
We arrive (truck, trailer and I) at the WalMart in Kentucky to meet the seller.
Stopped at Cairo, IL to check straps and take a few pictures.

The first problem on the Aprilia was fairly simple to repair, the slave cylinder gave up the ghost and had to be "rebuilt". The rebuilding process simply consists of replacing the old seal with a new seal and bleeding the system with fresh fluid.
